What does the Internet do for me?
Today, 8 out of 10 French people look on the Internet before going shopping or choosing a business. And half of them carry out their searches on their phone. Most of the directories and review sites such as TripAdvisor, Yelp, Dis moi où, Justacoté, Cityvox, PagesJaunes and many others are the first search results displayed, even above the websites of the shops and businesses themselves. Uniiti enables you to be present wherever customers are searching for you, in an attractive manner and without it taking up too much of your time.

Once your practical information, photos, products, prices, etc. have been added, you decide how much time you want to spend on it. Most of our customers are online between 15 and 30 minutes a week to send messages and photos to their customers on social networks or to send them newsletters. It’s your choice!
My business is in the provinces. I don’t think this product applies to me.
Our customers are businesses in large urban areas, as well as businesses in small provincial municipalities with seasonal activities. The Internet enables them to be known to everyone their store front cannot reach (and there are more of them than you think). Online services, such as booking or making an appointment, are also an advantage to attract people who don’t like or who can’t use the phone (such as foreign tourists).
Do you provide training on your platform?
Don’t worry, we guide you step by step so we can be sure that you are completely familiar with our platform and its key features. If needed, we are always available by email or phone to answer your questions.
Are there configuration costs if I decide to use Uniiti for my business?
No, no setup cost.
Is Uniiti easy to use?
There’s no need to be a tech expert to use Uniiti. Our platform is very intuitive and easy to use. However, we will be happy to support you step by step and, if you need extra help, our team will ensure that Uniiti is working perfectly.
How long does it take to set up your service?
By the time you make yourself a sandwich, Uniiti will already be up and running. It then takes just a few days for the Google listing to take effect and for the service to be fully operational.
Are my data protected and secure?
Yes, your data are fully secure. Our services are protected by 24/7 monitoring. Our infrastructure and our software are updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by a corporate firewall and all Uniiti solutions include SSL encryption to ensure your data are secure.
What happens to my company’s information if I stop using your services?
Nothing, your information belongs to your company profile on Uniiti and on all the Uniiti partner websites and it stays there.
How long am I committed to Uniiti?
The initial Uniiti start-up contract is 12 months long. We are confident in the results you will see.
