Since I started working with Uniiti, I no longer need La Fourchette to bring clients to my restaurant.
I use Uniiti for reservation services and their new Click and Collect and Delivery services. Very easy to use and very effective with great customer service.
Before, almost all my internet reservations went through platforms like La Fourchette. Now it's a minority, and I save several thousand euros each month by using Uniiti.
Initially, I thought only La Fourchette could bring me clients, and I had to offer discounts. Uniiti convinced me otherwise, and they were right. Since working with them, I no longer offer discounts, and I don't have fewer clients or revenue; it's even the opposite!
