1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We collect your data, personal or not, for different reasons which are defined in the next point (see point 3). These are the following data:

- your identification data (surname, first name, email address, phone number, message, postcode);

- our communications (by email or other);

- the type of domain with which the User connects to the Internet;

- the IP address allocated to you;

- the date and time you access our site;

- the location data or other data relating to the communication;

- the pages that you viewed on our website;

- the type of browser, the platform and/or the operating system you are using;

- the search engine, as well as the keywords used to find the website;

- your browsing preferences;

- your communication preferences.

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

We collect your data mainly to contact you via a newsletter, to process your requests, to improve our Service and, more generally, to be able to easily communicate with each other. Finally, your data also enable us to improve and facilitate your browsing on our website.

4. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

The majority of your data are communicated to us through your active engagement. This is the case when you send us your identification data to contact us. Other data, such as the date and time you access our website, the pages you have viewed or your location data, are collected automatically through the servers consulted and through “cookies” placed on our website. 5. ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTED?

We take pride in respecting the privacy of our users. We apply a strict Confidentiality Policy and take all the appropriate steps to ensure that, wherever possible, our servers prevent any leak, destruction, loss, disclosure, use, access or unauthorised modification of your data.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We keep your data for as long as is needed to fulfil the purposes pursued (see point 3). Once this purpose has been fulfilled, we erase them

7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

You can ask to verify, access, rectify, erase, transfer and oppose the use of your data at any time, as well as request their limitation. To do this, all you have to do is send an email to the following address: privacy@uniiti.com. We will then take the necessary steps as soon as possible.

8. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA AND TO WHOM ARE THEY COMMUNICATED?

Our employees, our partners and data processors. They only have access insofar as is necessary to deal with your booking and/or for the fulfilment of the purposes pursued (see point 3). They are each subject to a strict obligation of confidentiality.

9. DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA ABROAD?

We only transfer your data to a country that is not a member of the European Union provided that country ensures a level of protection equivalent to that found in your country of residence.

10. HOW DO YOU RECEIVE OUR ADVERTISING?

We only use your email address to offer you services similar to that or those that you have already used.

11. WHAT IS OUR POLICY RELATING TO DATA CONCERNING [H3]?

Our website and our booking system are not aimed at children under 18 years of age. If you find out that your child under the age of 18 has provided their personal data without your consent, contact us at the following address: privacy@uniiti.com.

12. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE [H3] POLICY IS AMENDED?

Should we amend this Confidentiality Policy, we will let you know through the most appropriate means, in particular via email, our website intermediary or any other means of communication.

13. WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE?

Lengthy procedures don’t benefit anyone. In the event of a dispute between us, we undertake to favour dialogue and to find an amicable solution.
